The David Lee Outpatient Cancer Center provides service to adult patients 18 years of age or older and emancipated minors (ages 16 to 18) who select the facility as their care provider for hematology and oncology management. Patients are accepted on a referral only basis with consultative services and treatment being provided.

The referral may be generated from inpatient consults, in-patient follow-ups, outside or partner facility and from the community. The need for services is based on the patient’s medical diagnosis and referring physician’s request for services.

The referring physician and patient will receive specific treatment plans after the initial consultation by one of our physicians. The referring physician must approve additional treatment plans/referrals as needed.
