  Breathing and relaxation techniques
  Many effective techniques are taught in the “childbirth classes” available through the Family Resource Center.
  
  Music therapy
  All rooms are equipped with CD players, so plan to bring your favorite relaxing CDs.
  
  Epidural
  This pain medication provides comfort for labor and delivery.
  
  Analgesics
  Aid in relaxation and reduce the pain of contractions.
