  • Pediatric gastroenterology

The pediatric intensive care unit is located on the fourth floor of Women and Children’s Hospital and provides care for critically ill children, from newborns through age 17. The unit has private rooms and parents are encouraged to visit often.  Physicians with specialized training in pediatric critical care medicine and highly trained pediatric intensive care nurses care for the children in PICU.
