Comprehensive childbirth preparation class that includes information on signs of pre-term labor, stages of labor, breathing techniques, comfort measures, postpartum care, hospital tour and breastfeeding. The advantage of attending a series class is the potential relationships you will build with others who are also beginning their family journey.
