The Best Hummus

2 cups canned garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of chopped garlic
¼ cup fresh chopped parsley
1 dash of cayenne pepper
¼ cup tahini
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend well. If the hummus is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.
Use as a dip or spread on bread or crackers. Keep leftovers refrigerated.
Yield 10 servings of ¼ cup each
