New normal. Same great care.

Your safety is our #1 priority. We realize you may have put some of your health concerns on the backburner. This is not safe or necessary. We are seeing all patients and have resumed 100 percent of our care. Some things we’re doing to ensure safety include:

  • Insisting everyone wears a mask at all times to enhance social distancing.
  • Taking the temperatures of everyone at the hospital entrances.
  • Taking the temperatures of employees and providers on every unit at the beginning of each shift.
  • Urging everyone to wash their hands regularly and take advantage of our sanitizer stations.

This is what ready looks like.

We are living in unique times. Some things have changed, but our steadfast readiness has not. Charleston Area Medical Center is ready to see all patients. No matter what the health issue, we are prepared to care for you or a loved one in a safe, compassionate environment. We have experience with situations like these and are prepared to safely take care of your medical needs.

Take the next step.

We have created some videos to help you understand what we're doing to protect our patients, visitors and staff.
