Coordinates with community organizations to develop marketing relationships. Serves as HealthNet¿s principle contact with pre-hospital agencies to promote the organization. Interfaces with pre-hospital leaders at sponsoring and referring hospitals to build relationships within the market area. Coordinates the activities of team members in their assigned counties to reduce duplication of offerings and activities between bases. Assists in the design, development, and implementation of ongoing pre-hospital strategic planning for performance improvement. Designs, develops, implements and tracks performance improvement reporting tool. Designs, develops, and distributes printed and web base products and oversees ongoing marketing planning, record-keeping and reporting requirements. Works with Base Managers to design strategic outreach initiatives and pre-hospital outreach training specific to the needs of each base location. |

| Financial Analyst | Full-time | CHERI | Basic Function Responsible for negotiations of contracts for performance of Clinical Trials with advice and consent of Directors of Administration and Clinical Science Research. Accountable for the timely, accurate and complete financial accounting of contracts performed by the Clinical Trials Center. Will serve as central coordinating role of financial applications to research trials. Duties and Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Primary functions for Clinical Trials Financial Analyst will include, but will not be limited to, the following: a. Manage Clinical Trials software/data to record financial and clinical aspects of each clinical. b. Produce financial reports on each trial and in aggregate as requested by management. c. Establish and report performance measures. d. Establish clearly defined internal processes and procedures in order to facilitate the proper recording of trial related financial information. e. Function as an integral part of the trials management team for establishing financial budgets for new trials. f. Monitor enrollment of patients and tracking visits required by protocol: monitor the budget process. g. Coordinate opening and closing of accounts with CAMC Finance and Accounting. h. Monitor expenses and revenue processes: assure timely billing and processing. i. Assist Institute and CAMC financial personnel in reconciliation of financial information maintained in Clinical Trials software with general ledger accounting. j. Perform duties related to clinical aspects of trials assigned by Manager. k. Initiate contract negotiations with research sponsors, professional investigators and ancillary departments. l. Develop research business contacts for new and existing clinical research trials. m. Coordinate patient billing approvals and communication to assure compliance with billing regulations. n. Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable. o. Educate staff on all updates to clinical trials software, data needs and enhancements. Qualifications for the Position Minimum Required Level of Education/Training MASTERS RELATED FAMILIARITY OF BASIC PC SKILLS YES TYPE OF SOFTWARE related types Comments Candidate should have excellent ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner both orally and in writing; act in a professional manner with research sponsors, investigators, employees and administrators of all levels; work independently and have the ability to prioritize tasks, maintain confidentiality, and take the initiative to improve upon current operations; ability to work under pressure inherent in meeting numerous deadlines. The position is responsible for compliance with federal regulations and contractual obligations related to financial management. This position is responsible for monitoring and notifying departmental/ Institute business and administrative officers of any difficulties related to financial grants management and initiating follow-through to ensure resolution and appropriate accounting and reporting and for identifying needs to allow the job to be carried out successfully. |

The candidate chosen would ensure lending policies and procedures that best serve the Credit Union and its members. Manage the day-to-day operation of the consumer and mortgage loan activities. Ensure compliance with state and Federal lending laws. Develop, monitor and analyze conditions affecting the consumer and mortgage loan activities and recommend appropriate action for improvements in loan products and services and their marketing as appropriate. Responsible for interviewing and timely processing of loan applicants including gather and analysis of sufficient background information and credit history to approve or deny applications under the complexity, value and risk authority established by policy. Requirements include, a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field and four years of experience or ten years of relevant experience. Experience with the GalaxyPlus loan software and/or CUNA Loanliner Agreements a plus. |
