Employment

Currently, the electrophysiology Lab has five team members including 2 RNs, 2 R.T.'s and a Scrub Tech. Most personnel started in the Cardiac Cath Lab and cross-trained to EP under the guidance of Dr. McCowan, the Medical Director.  The RN and the R.T. must have a two year degree. Also, all personnel must be ACLS certified. 

The electrophysiology lab is in the process of cross-training two more employees to meet the personnel needs for another Electrophysiologist.
