| Your obstetric ultrasounds are the first images you will ever see of your baby before your obstetrician hands him to you after delivery. The perinatal center located on the first floor of Women and Children’s Hospital is just the place to have your baby evaluated by specially trained physicians. Perinatologists are trained to evaluate your baby’s development to make sure everything is going according to plan. These physicians are trained to manage high-risk pregnancies and can see you in their clinics located just inside the center (a referral from your ObGyn is required).
