 Patient Financial Services

The Patient Registration Representatives are responsible for interviewing the incoming patient or patient representative, gathering data and recording the information required for outpatient registration, inpatient admission, and placing the patient to an available room. We obtain complete and accurate demographic and insurance information for each patient. Patient Registration Representatives are required to evaluate patient flow and make adjustments for volume or  workload in order to keep patient appointments on time for services.

Admitting / Registration Office - General Hospital Main Lobby
 Monday – Friday - 6:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday – 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Sunday – 6:00 am - 12:00 pm
All inpatient and outpatient registrations.
Registration express windows are located outside of the Admitting Registration office. These windows service patients who have pre-registered prior to their services. 

Patient Access Center - General Hospital Main Lobby
Monday – Friday - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Located at the Admitting/Registration Office. Please report directly there for pre-admission testing (and AM surgeries?)
