The Patient Registration Representatives are responsible for interviewing the incoming patient or patient representative, gathering data and recording the information required for outpatient registration, inpatient admission, and placing the patient to an available room. We obtain complete and accurate demographic and insurance information for each patient. Patient Registration Representatives are required to evaluate patient flow and make adjustments for volume or workload in order to keep patient appointments on time for services. |
