Most procedures are required to be scheduled. Your physician may do this for you prior to your service. The physician’s office will correspond with you the date and time to be at the hospital. There are some procedures you may schedule yourself.

You may also pre-register online (click here) or by phone once your procedure has been scheduled.

Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 8:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
