Questions
Q:
How do I get an appointment?
A:
Many patients are referred to our office from the emergency room for
traumatic conditions such as fractures, sprains or contusions. When
the ER discharges a patient, they will give them the name of the
physician on call and our office phone number. The patient should
call our office for an appointment.
Some patients have day-to-day problems,
such as pain in their joints, limbs or muscles. They can be referred
to our office by their treating physician. The physician’s office
should complete our referral form and send it to our office by fax
or e-mail. We will then contact their office with your appointment
details.
