WV Marketplace Notice
In accordance with the Federal Health Care Reform legislation known as the Affordable Care Act (ACA), your employer is required to provide all employees with the Department of Labor's "model notice" explaining the availability of the state health insurance Marketplace.
If your employer sponsored medical plan is considered "affordable" according to ACA legislative guidelines, employees who are eligible for the company's medical plan will not be eligible for premium credits in the WV Marketplace.
