The holidays can be a fun and exciting time. However, the busyness of shopping, parties and cooking can also add a lot of stress.

  • Ask yourself why you do what you do during the holidays: put up tree, volunteer, bake, etc.
  • Do the things that bring you joy.
  • Find time to relax and reconnect with family.
  • Think about what's in your control and what you have the power to change.
