The World Scout Jamboree was held at the end of July with more than 40,000 scouts, adults and support staff from 117 countries attending at the Fayette County site.

During the event, CAMC maintained communications with scouting leaders, treated a variety of pediatric and adult patients, and submitted a daily report to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources. CAMC treated patients from the following countries during the Jamboree and pre-Jamboree setup: USA, Canada, Finland, Denmark, Switzerland, Scotland and Mexico.

Additionally, CAMC donated a mass casualty incident kit to help with first aid before medical help arrives during an emergency.
