Invitations
Invitations to the patient portal are valid for 90 days. If your invitation has expired or if you need to have an invitation resent to you, please email patientlink_support@camc.org. When requesting portal access, please email us the patient's full name, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your social security number.

Password resets
Most password resets can be done by the user within the patient portal by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen.

Phone support
If you are unable to reset your password, please call Cerner Support at (877) 621-8014. They can also assist with basic navigational and functional support, and are available 24/7.

Proxy account access
If you have questions about proxy account access or the proxy access forms, please visit the proxy account information page or email patientlink_support@camc.org.  When requesting portal access, please email us the patient's full name, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your social security number. 

Test results
If you have questions about your test results, you should follow up with your physician. The information you see in PatientLink does not replace a conversation with your doctor.
