Thank you to all of the departments that sponsored employees’ families through Heart of the Holidays. The program matches an employee family with a sponsoring department which provides clothing, toys and food.
Sixty-five CAMC families (representing 240 individuals) received gifts and food from other employees, $200 Kroger gift cards donated by the Medical Staff, and canned ham and fruit baskets from the auxiliary.
Heart of the Holidays was created to assist employees who are experiencing financial difficulty during the holiday season. Since 2010, the program has benefited 2,595 people, representing 700 families.
