Alice Jones is the Kidney Transplant Center Transplant Services Program Administrator.
The person who nominated Jones said she is kind, approachable, welcomes questions, encourages communication and always makes herself accessible to the transplant team.
Jones supports the program inside and outside the walls of CAMC encouraging educational growth for the workforce and is always willing to help the transplant team reach its goals. In 2023, the program transplanted a record 128 kidneys.
Even though she has thousands of things going on, Jones still is available to stop and talk with patients and offers positive words of encouragement. To have this type of work environment, there must be strong leadership that shows compassion and understanding, which is what Jones does every day.
