Thomasina Clements is one of CAMC’s “behind the scenes” telephone operators.
The person who nominated her says Clements is a bright light to her co-workers and those calling CAMC every day. They said she is always smiling and goes out of her way to help everyone around her and those calling.
An example was a recent phone call where a woman was trying to find her father who was having an outpatient procedure. Clements made several calls to find out that the man needed advanced care and was transferred to another unit. The woman was thankful for Clements’ compassion and kindness in helping her find her father.
