How does this work?
Step 1 - You will receive a personalized registration link via email and text message 5 days before your scheduled appointment.
Step 2 - Complete your registration forms ahead of time on your computer or smartphone when you receive your pre-visit message.
Step 3 - On the day of your appointment when you arrive at your provider's office, just come straight to the special Fast Lane window.
Step 4 - All you'll need to do is give us your name. Our friendly registration representative will say hello and let you know that you're all set.
