Thank you to all of the departments that sponsored employees’ families through Heart of the Holidays. The program matches an employee family with a sponsoring department which provides clothing, toys and food.
Thirty-five CAMC families (representing 138 individuals) received gifts and food from other employees, a $200 Kroger gift card donated by the Medical Staff, and a canned ham and fruit basket from the Auxiliary.
Heart of the Holidays was created to assist employees who are experiencing financial difficulty during the holiday season. Since 2010, the program has benefited 2,119 people, representing 589 families.
