Service Excellence Cafes

Service Excellence Cafés were held April 23 in some of the hospital cafeterias to celebrate Patient Experience Week. The theme was “Be Kind.” 

 

Nearly 1,000 employees stopped by these interactive events designed to promote awareness of CAMC’s core values of service and reconnect participants for the purpose of their work and providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
