The 2025 Tangible Coaching cohort kicked off July 31 at the CAMC Foundation Hospitality House.
This year's class is the largest yet, with 12 new and emerging leaders representing several areas of Charleston Area Medical Center including ambulatory, graduate medical education, human resources, nursing, radiology and pharmacy.
This also is the first year the program has participants from CAMC Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.
This course focuses on the tenants of emotional intelligence as leaders in our organization. The five-month course is facilitated by Denise Burgess and Matt McMillion.
