An experiential learning exercise begins the Tangible Coaching Leadership Development course at the CAMC Foundation Hospitality House. Participants are immediately thrown into meeting an objective while dealing with disruptions, simulating what often happens in real life at work. Following the experiential activity, the group processes the experience of team formation, role delineation, managing disruptions, etc.

CAMC University kicked off the 2022 Tangible Coaching Leadership Development Course July 27.

This is a 5-month series of courses that emphasizes the development and enhancement of emotional intelligence skills to enhance the leader’s ability to encourage and coach employees.

The training, first offered in 2019 and paused due to the pandemic, is facilitated by Denise Burgess, senior educator, and Matt McMillion, human resources.
