A: Once you accept an offer, you should receive an automated email with instructions on how to complete required learning modules. These will need to be completed by noon the Friday prior to your start date. You will receive an additional email that will include the link to our virtual Vandalia Health Orientation which you will join on the Monday of your start date.
A: If you don’t complete the required Learning Modules, you will be pushed to the next orientation date or the offer may be rescinded.

A: State taxes are only automatically deducted for WV reciprocal states VA, KY, MD, PA and OH. We do not deduct local or city tax such as PA for example. Employees are responsible for setting aside their own taxes and paying those every year.
