One and Done Childbirth and Newborn Care class. Join our hands-on, supportive, childbirth class designed for expectant parents who want to feel calm, informed and ready for childbirth. The class includes in-person tour. Click here to register!
Help your baby have the best start in life by breastfeeding. Learn how breastfeeding works, how to latch the baby on, breastfeeding positions, when to feed the baby, breast care and breastfeeding lifestyle. Class includes learning how to pump and store breastmilk, as well as a pop-in session with our lactation consultants for a Q&A session. Click here to register!
If you’ve been diagnosed with gestational diabetes or elevated blood sugar in pregnancy, you are not alone. Nearly one in 14 women will develop this condition during pregnancy. These classes are offered monthly with two classes to choose from: Infant Car Seat and Convertible Car Seat. Offered to Medicaid patients only and those who are planning to deliver at CAMC Women and Children’s Hospital or have previously delivered at CAMC Women and Children’s Hospital. At the end of class, participants will receive a car seat.

Designed to fit into your schedule, they each provide a comprehensive, interactive way to learn about childbirth, newborn, breastfeeding, and infant and child safety.
