If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, please let us know immediately so our management staff can address your issues:

If you feel your complaint requires additional attention, you may file a grievance with CAMC by contacting any of the administrators listed above.
You also always have the right to file your complaint with the West Virginia Office of Health Facilities Licensure and Certification (OHFLAC) at:
