Congratulations on your new position with a CAMC Health System affiliate!  We'd like to provide you with some information to help guide you through our pre-employment process.  Please be aware that, while an offer of employment has been extended to you, your employment offer is only finalized when the background check, physical and drug screen have been successfully completed.  If you have any questions regarding your hiring process please contact your Employment Center Recruiter.

You will receive a separate e-mail and text from JDP to give authorization to Vandalia Health on completing a background check on your behalf.  Please complete the request as soon as you receive it to avoid any delays in the hiring process.

Background check instructions

You will receive a separate email and text from JDP to complete Section 1 for your I-9 process.  The I-9 verification process is used for validating the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States.  Please make sure to bring your IRCA documents with you to the HR department at the time you complete your physical.
